About Me
I’ve spent over 25 years helping people navigate the world of relationship-building and dating.
Questions I often get are: How do I get unstuck? Why do I keep getting ghosted? How do I get past the second date? Why do I consistently feel unseen in my relationships?
I translate decades of clinical expertise into practical tools and actionable advice that you can use immediately to create and sustain intimacy. Whether it is preparing for your first date or feeling unheard by your partner of many years, my goal is to build insight into the patterns that hold you back.
I do so by leveraging my real world clinical expertise in teaching and research in attachment theory, communication patterns, and relationship dynamics.
Are you struggling with:
• Dating app burnout and decision fatigue
• Anxious attachment showing up in relationships
• Knowing when to invest more vs. when to walk away
• Building genuine intimacy without losing yourself
I can help you understand the deeper patterns at play and develop strategies that actually work.
With 25 years of clinical experience, I know that lasting change comes from understanding yourself first, then applying that insight into establishing the relationships you want.
I am also an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai, where I teach and supervise.
